DEVELOPED FOR HIGH GLOSS/SATIN/MATTE UV-STABLE FLOOR TOPCOATS.

• Apply only when air, material, and floor temperatures are between 50-90 F. Material should be pre-conditioned to a minimum of 50˚F (10˚C) prior to use. The material temperature must be brought to 5°F above the dew point temperature before opening and agitating the material to prevent condensation from entering the coating. ULTRASEAL XP is moisture sensitive, so be sure the outside of the containers are dry and free of condensation.
  Shake the container of Stabilized for one full minute before combining with the material one the beg.
• Cut off the top of the flexible pouch above the zip lock seal. Open the pouch and add the entire contents of the stabilizer shot to the pouch. You can either Re-seal flexible pouch using the zip Lock, seal and mix by messaging and shaking the flexible pouch or 2-3 minutes, or simply empty the contents of the pouch and stabilizer shot into a secondary container and mix for 1- 2 minutes. Once mixed, the pouch material has a 6 month shelf life. DO NOT POUR UNUSED MATERIAL BACK INTO THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CONTAINER AS IT COULD CONTAMINATE THE ENTIRE BATCH. Seal all containers immediately after pouring out desired quantities. It important to limit the time the container is open. Mix and pour out only what is needed. At the end of the day apply a solvent “float” of approximately 5 ounces of MEK over the surface of the coating before resealing the container.

ROLLER

Use only phenolic core, solvent resistant, natural or synthetic fiber roller covers. 1/4” to 3/8” nap are acceptable, thicker nap may cause bubbling of the coating.

BRUSH

Inexpensive natural fiber chip brushes are suggested – 2” to 4” width depending on the application. These will be one-time use items.

THINNER

Non required.

CLEAN UP

Use ACETONE or MEK to clean tools, etc. before product cures.

• Provide for expansion and control joints as specified per TCNA Method EJ171 or per TTMAC Specification Guide 09 30 00, Detail 301MJ. Do not cover expansion joints with cement mortar.
• Protect POLICRETE work with metal strips (edge metal) along both edges of structural building expansion joints.
• Protect the installation from foot traffic, rain and freezing for 24 hours.
• Protect the installed ULTRASEAL from contamination, excessive heat and extended sun exposure until the finish flooring is installed.

WARNING: Keep away from sparks, heat, and open flame. Use with adequate ventilation. Prolonged or repeated breathing vapor or spray mist can cause headache, nausea, dizziness or confusion. This product can be harmful if inhaled, swallowed, or absorbed through the skin.

HAZARDS: Avoid breathing vapor, spray mist or contact with the skin. Use only with adequate ventilation during mixing, application and drying. Use face protection, gloves and full protective clothing to prevent contact. Wear appropriate self-contained respiratory equipment when handling. Use only with recommended thinners and cleaners. Keep away from heat, sparks, arc, and open flame.

FIRST AID: In case of contact with skin, flush with water and get immediately medical attention. For eyes, immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and get immediately medical attention. In case of exposure of high concentrations of fumes, remove to fresh air and get immediately medical attention. If swallowed, get immediately medical attention. Do not induce vomiting. See product material safety data sheet for further details on contents and procedures to follow.

PRECAUTIONS: Improper use and handling of this product can be hazardous to health or cause a fire. Consult all Federal Regulations concerning occupational safety and health standards and any other applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations on safety practices in coatings operations. Necessary safety equipment must be used, and proper ventilation requirements carefully observed, especially in confined or enclosed spaces to prevent build-up of vapors.

SPILLAGE: Extinguish all sources of ignition. Use absorbent cleanup materials. Prevent from entering sewers or waterways.

FIRE: Blanket flames with dry chemical, carbon dioxide, or foam. Wear self-contained breathing apparatus.

STORAGE & DISPOSABLE: Store in cool, well, ventilated area. Keep containers closed and upright when not in use to prevent leakage. Dispose of in separate closed metal container in accordance with all applicable regulations.

CLEAN UP: Clean up the equipment with xylene, alcohol or other environmentally safe solvent. Dispose of waste solvent according to local environmental regulations. CAUTION: These solvents may be flammable. Keep away from all sources of ignition. Clean skin with soap and warm water. Do not use abrasive cleaners which may cause irritation.

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES: Whether for breach of contract or warranty, negligence of Trends Design USA, Inc (POLICRETE), strict liability or otherwise Trends Design USA, Inc shall not be liable for anu incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever. The sole remedy available from Trends Design USA, Inc. is the refund of the contract price for the goods for which liability is claimed.

SEVERABILITY: If the above exclusion of warranties provision, or any part thereof, should be held invalid or unenforceable, the limitation of remedies provision shall apply in full force and effect. If anu provision of the limitation of remedies clause should be held or unenforceable, all other provisions in that clause shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect.
