PHASE 1: SURFACE PREPARATION

STEP 1 - SURFACE REPAIR
HOLES and MISSING TILES: You should repair with hydraulic cement. We recommend use “Rapid Set” products.
To apply POLICRETE SYSTEM over a plaster wall, it must be smooth and repaired, ready to paint (finish F4) to apply the PRIMER.
STEP 2 - TILE GRINDING
Grind the tile floor with metal diamond #40 to profile the concrete and clean it for any glue, paint, thin set and residual.
Vacuum the area and clean it with alcohol.
Apply PRIMER and fill the ground with MALTA PATCH.
